A focus on health-conscious design for residents and the community is reflected on the exterior façade in the form of large garden terraces and oversized balconies to provide better views and connection back to the park and mountains. Lakehouse Residences is located at 4200 W 17th Avenue, set along the waterfront in Denvers vibrant Sloans Lake neighborhood.
